Our junior cycle activities are aimed at students from 1st to 3rd year. BITEs aim is to support these young people to have a successful start to their secondary education through a targeted after school provision, four days a week.
During this time, students are supported with homework, gaps in their learning and broader skills which support academic success, such as time management.
During transition year, BITE promotes third level education by partnering with the DCU access team to run a multimedia project. The access team works with BITE to identify courses of interest for students and develop individual opportunities to foster these interests. Secondary Schools | Access (dcu.ie)
